Customer Support Specialist
MyQ HQ, Czech Republic
We seek a new professional member of our team in Prague HQ who will provide consultation and support for enterprise projects to our customers, especially related to these topics:
- Server and Network infrastructure
- IT Resources and its utilization
- Databases
- Failover methods, virtualization, clustering, system backup
- Integration of 3rd party SW
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will also include design of MyQ improvements related to the above-mentioned topics and, last but not least, cooperation with development team to implement enterprise features helping MyQ to strengthen its position in the enterprise segment.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in IT administration and management
- Technical Education, University or High School degree
- Advanced knowledge of IT and network infrastructure
- Advanced administration of MS Windows servers
- Advanced knowledge of virtualization SW
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Basic knowledge of scripting in any common language
- Fluent communication in English language
- Previous experience with managing printers, print servers and printing solution is a big advantage
